‘The Animal’, Richard Walters’ debut album, was released to across-the-board critical acclaim in autumn 2009. Co-produced by David Kosten (Bat for Lashes, Everything Everything) and Ant Whiting (MIA, Zero 7), the album was several years in the making and, despite a number of roadblocks thrown in its path by fate, gained significant radio support both in the UK and the US at the time of release, as well as a number of songs from the record soundtracking hit US TV shows including CSI: Miami and Grey’s Anatomy.
To celebrate its first decade, ‘The Animal’ will be released on limited edition vinyl for the first time in September 2019.
